Kevin Dairaghi

All the fun stuff of Real Estate, Lead Generation, Networking, Talking to People and doing a bunch of awkward stuff in the name of marketing. Kevin loves talking, so getting the mic from him seems to be the challenging part.
Background
Kevin is a St. Louis Native born and raised, somehow he went to UM – Rolla graduating as an Engineer although he doesn’t think too much of this piece of paper, he is more of a fan of people who do stuff.
Kevin got his start in Construction thinking that was what he had to do to get into Real Estate Investing. As it turns out, it was a long deter, but he owned his own General Construction Company, was a Construction Consultant and even a Project Manager traveling multiple states overseeing multi million projects before leaving Corporate America for the beginning of his Real Estate Investing Life.
He got started Wholesaling and grew into swinging the hammer on several of his own rehabs. Kevin started working with Three Doors and grew to a point where he had 3 of his own crews and his own project manager working on his rehabs.
He started getting burned out and started his journey of teaching, training and coaching. In this journey he met up with Darren who started wearing on him about the benefits of growing passive income, and now Kevin is a fan. Through Coaching Kevin started realizing the Life Vision and how to live in balance with Business Ownership, Wealth Creation, Family Live, and Giving back to the Community. He and his wife Cami have three sons and a very fat Beagle named Lucy.
Darren Hoefgen

Darren loves to do all the behind the scenes stuff that makes a business work, contracts, comps, paperwork and all the systems that make a business successful. Darren is also the prime teacher or our events.
Background
Darren comes from the Corporate world of IT. He jumped into Real Estate with one of the National Coaching Programs, Fortune Builders, and liked it so much he became a Trainer / Coach for them traveling America.
He is an experienced businessman and investor who is a self described House Hoarder and loves the passive income. Darren typically enjoys buying straight from wholesalers and that is where he and Kevin met. Darren and his partner Mike live in a loft overlooking the Downtown skyline and enjoy no kids or pets.
